The SE wind came up yesterday for a spell of mini-vengeance.

Q: What does MASSAGE ON THE BEACH do when the weather is not good for trade?

A: We do staff training and cleaning. This is the 'back end' of our operation, the part you don't see.

All staff partake in an internship program called the Hand-up, Hands-on Apprenticship Opportunity. This is a program of 4 modules which includes weekly training, book list, assignments and projects and eventually a visionwork process in personal strategy.

So yesterday we were off to see a variety of small bussinesses and figure out what works with them and what doesn't. This formed part of their bussiness acumen module.

Fortunately it included sampling the wares of some of these bussinesses. So we had the unique coffee of Origin, in De Waterkant area, and then headed to sample the excellent foods of the Biscuit Mill Market which runs in Woodstock every Saterday.

All that hard work and eating made for a good siesta afterwards.
