This poster, done for us by Lauren Fowler, reallly encapsulates the story of the Hand-up Hands-on Apprenticehip program which all the staff particpate.Hand-up, Hands-on is a non-profit apprenticeship program, that bridges the gap between formal education and the realities of the business environment. It is specifically aimed at developing depth and capacity in young wellness professionals, assisting them to better develop their self-awareness, communication skills and business acumen, whilst formulating a personal strategy that will help them develop their practice/ small business. Further to this the program aims to develop the individuals potential to create value and wealth in there personal, family and community lives.
